About Ms. Scott
I grew up in Seagrove with my parents and four younger siblings. I was always very passionate about art from a young age and as I grew older, I decided I wanted to teach art and pass my enthusiasm and knowledge on to my very own students. I graduated from North Moore High School in Robbins, NC in 2009. I obtained my associates degree from Randolph Community College in 2011 and completed my BA in Art Education at Greensboro College in December 2013. I began teaching in January 2014 and this is my first year at Highfalls Elementary. I also have a passion for animals and they become the subject matter of much of my artwork and lesson plans. I currently live with my two cats Simba and Spike and my senior horse named Classy.
